Katherine Murray's book is perfect for people who are new to Word 2010 or haven't kept up-to-date on the latest features. Her explanations are clear and concise without a lot of fluff and enough screenshots to ease the pain of learning a new feature. Speaking of features, Word 2010 includes the new Paste with Live Preview which allows you to see what you would get if you pasted in your content! No more paste then delete. Sweet! Microsoft has organized all of the options and printing in the Backstage View on a separate tab. They have even incorporated Print Preview into the Print screen! Along with all of this, you have better image management which allows you, among other things, to transform your image to look like glass, a pencil sketch or covered in plastic wrap. Ms. Murray also describes Microsoft's Windows Live SkyDrive and the Word Web App both of which allow you to edit your document from anywhere there is a web connection and a browser.
